Meares Street - Our Newest completion
A lovely 3BR/2BA home in downtown Wilmington that was sold to a deserving partner family. This cute home features a large open concept kitchen/dining/living area, a laundry room, a nice front porch, off-street parking, ample living space, and beautiful finishings. Sold in the land trust model, this home will be an affordable asset to the Wilmington community for generations!
Marsdon Avenue
In our ninth construction project, we have brought a brand new affordable home to the Wilmington market, which was sold to deserving low-income homeowners.
Affordable home rental
We currently have two homes that are being offered at below market rate, while we are searching for more every day. Not only do our homes offer housing to local working-class Wilmingtonians, but our renovations help neighborhoods to revitalize . . . which is good for the whole community.
Affordable home ownership
Through a unique partnership with Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity and the City of Wilmington, we were able to build eight homes that were sold to Habitat homeowners. Due to the utilization of the land trust model, these homes will remain affordable upon resale for over 99 years. Now that is long term affordability!
